You can leave home with peace of mind knowing that you’ve left your pets and home in great hands.
When you call us, we arrange a Meet & Greet to your home shortly before you leave! During the Meet & Greet, we will have the opportunity of meeting you and yours pets, as well as get detailed information about caring for your pets (we must also acquire a veterinary release signature). After meeting and arranging care, we will also pick up a key to your home and complete a service agreement.
During the Meet & Greet, you will decide how often you want your sitter to visit each day you are away and what services you would like included. Fees are based on the number and type of pets, number of visits per day, and your location.
While you are away, we will feed, water, and exercise your pets, as well as administer medication, vitamins, and special care on an as-needed basis. We will also ensure medical treatment for your pet in case of illness. In addition to caring for your pet directly, we are dedicated to cleanliness, and will clean litter boxes as well as any indoor pet messes.
Additionally, while taking care of your pets, we are happy to water plants, take out the trash, and make your home look “lived-in” by bringing in mail and newspapers, as well as adjust draperies and lights. Fees may be added for longer than normal duties or added requests.
After you return, we will return your key, pick up payment (first time customers pay in advance), and make sure you and your pets are satisfied!
